Terms of Use

Agreement. By creating an account or using Marriage Mentor, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Educational coaching only. Marriage Mentor is educational coaching — not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or emergency support. Results are not guaranteed, and AI can be wrong. In any situation involving danger, abuse, self-harm, or legal proceedings, contact qualified professionals and emergency services. Coaching is not a substitute.

Acceptable use. You agree to use the app lawfully and only for your own marriage. You may not share your login, copy or redistribute the content or method, use it to coach others, or use it to harass, monitor, coerce, or harm anyone. The app will refuse to help with manipulation, surveillance, or abuse.

Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Billing. Marriage Mentor plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) are billed monthly through Stripe. The Basic plan includes a 7-day free trial; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged and your subscription begins.

No refunds once charged. All subscription charges are final and non-refundable once processed — including partial months and unused time. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing to stop future charges; cancellation ends renewals but does not refund a charge already made, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. To avoid being charged for a trial, cancel before the trial period ends.

Coaching programs. The Heroic Husband Turnaround Program and other coaching products are sold separately and have their own terms and refund windows, provided at the point of purchase.

Chargebacks. If you have a billing concern, contact info@theheroichusband.com first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account termination.

Intellectual property. All content, the method, and materials are owned by Heroic Husband LLC and protected by copyright and trade-secret law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Disclaimers & liability. The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heroic Husband LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. Disputes are resolved under the laws of Texas, including binding arbitration where applicable.

Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
